Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hello,

I am using OpenKM version 6.3.0 build 8156 on a Windows 7 32-Bit virtual machine. On the host machine I did have the preview tab working but then in the process of trying to get the scanner utility working the preview has stopped working.
I installed a TWAIN driver, OKMScanner and reinstalled .NET 4.0 and .NET 2.0 (according to http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Scanner_Client but OKMScanner still would not work. Then I noticed that preview had stopped working.
I uninstalled OKMScanner and the TWAIN driver but the preview is still not working.
If I log into OpenKM from another machine though the preview works. I can also still convert to PDF on the host machine. I was wondering what else could have stopped the preview pane from working. Thanks.

OKMScanner has not relation with preview. Preview from browser need you have enabled macromedia flash player, be sure your browser is not stopping it. If you have problems to get OKMScanner running, please add other post and we'll try to help on it.

That seemed to be the issue. It was working in Internet Explorer but not Chrome. I uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome and it appears to be working now. Thank you very much.
