Search doesn't working openKM 6.3.0

I have just installed the openKM 6.3.0. on Windows and have a problem with search engine. Searching by name or contnent not show result please help me? How can I make adjustments or configuration?

Take in mind documents are not indexed inmediatly, it goes into indexing queue that process files each 5 minutes ( crontab task ), that could be the cause of not searching documents based on content, but is not a reason to get based on name ( that is immediately available ).
Give us some example of existing document name and how are you doing the query ( some screenshot is also wellcome ).
Finally what kind of documents are you searching by content ( pdf, word ? ) give us some idea of the mime types.
