Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi all,
when i conect the DropBox (Tools, DropBox, Import or Export), i have e problem by Authorize with my DropBox Konto. (see Print-Screen).
somebody has an idea?.

Ensure you do not have any add killer, because you should see dropbox windows, click accept button and then click in OpenKM "next" button. Another suggestion is try with firefox and english screenshot

i have tried the same action with the Google Chrome Browser. Same failure. i think the Problem is on the DropBox.

Did you click in allow button, and after it on OpenKM next button ? is that your sequence ?

I've checked the process and goes right. Did you closed the popup windows inmediatly after ckick allow button ? try do not closing it!

At the end of the process ( after click on next button, you should get some new value into table SELECT * FROM okm_dropbox_token; ).

both variants brings a error message. select * FROM okm_dropbox_token brings Error (see Print-Screen).

Questions: can i delete dropbox token?

Yes you can delete dropbox token, take in mind these tokens provide authorization to dropbox without authenticating you again. Your error is quite strange because as I said, I checked myself with 6.3.0 and integration goes right sure.
