Weird permission setting on folder access

Hi, I just install OpenKM on my production server, however, I have some problem when I tried to set which user can access which folder, the following folder structure are

okm:root\
------------ ITFOLDER\
--------------------------folder1\
------------------------------------subfolder11
--------------------------folder2\

In okm:root, it allows ROLE_USER and administrator to access (full right)
In ITFOLDER, it allows ROLE_USER and administrator to access (full right)
In folder1 and subfolder11, it allows ROLE_USER, user01 and user02 to access (full right)
In folder2, it allows ROLE_Mgmt and administrator to access (full right)

For user, I create three users, called user01, user02 and user03
For Role, I create ROLE_Mgmt and full right profile for this role
For profile, I create two profile, called fullctrl_profile and noChat_profile

In user01 and user02, they set default profile ROLE_USER and fullctrl_profile
In user03, they set ROLE_Mgmt and fullctrl_profile

However, when I tried to use user03 to login , it shows the error related to "path not found..." issue, after googled, I add ROLE_Mgmt on the okm:root, after grant, it can login but only shows okm:root and some of error message, I tried to add ROLE_Mgmt again on ITFOLDER, AGAIN, it only shows the okm:root and ITFOLDER... Why I can't only show folder2 when I use user03 to login? is there any other setting to configure?

Please kindly advise, many thanks!!!!!!

You should not use ROLE_USER take a look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdZdsWBljRU
