Please, read again the links because the MySQL link has no relation with the OS ( the description there are valid for any MySQL installed on Windows or Linux ) and about aquafold is a independant tool ( can work on linux or windows http://www.aquafold.com/aquadatastudio_downloads.html , you should also use MySQL Workbench tool what usually comes with MySQL server installation process ).
