If I need to restart the computer they are running on:

How do I stop OpenKm ?

How do I stop JBoss?

To stop OpenKM you must stop jboss, on whick OS do you\'ve installed jboss ? for example on linux you might use bin/shutdown.sh for stoping purposes.

I am on a Mac OS-X system, but I think I can find it now. Just thought there would have been command from the administrator side or something.

Take a look at forum, searching for some script to run stop jboss if you want to automate it. For example here could take some idea.
