Issues in Uploading a document

Hi,
First off; I am using OpenKM 6.3 and Tomcat 7 on a Chrome browser (Version 41).
I am using a Win7 (64-bit) machine. I have tried creating a folder (by the name "test" in 'My documents' section in OpenKM) and added a document from my desktop. Although the status bar says that the document has been uploaded successfully, I cannot find my document in the folder. Morever, it pops up a server warning with error code "002006" where 002 is "Some problem getting documents to server." and 006 is "Caused by general cause."
Now, when I extract the created folder (test) to my machine, I can see the uploaded document. Also, when I try uploading the same document twice- it gives me a warning that the document already exists. Why can't I see the contents of my folder? Following images show the warnings that have been popping while I was using OpenKM!

Post the error is shown in catalina.log file $TOMCAT_HOME/logs/catalina.log ( only the section where is shown the error please ).

Hi,
I now have a new issue!
I have tried starting the catalina.bat file from the command prompt to use OpenKM.
I have been following the same procedure everytime to start openKM. Howver, today I seem to be encountering this issue:

Can anyone help? Oh! the last time when I had issues in starting OpenKM, I had deleted catalina.log file, and no new log file has been generated thereafter

Should I be concerned about these warning messages?
I am not sure if it's because of these issues, but none of the documents that I have uploaded get displayed.
Also, catalina.log file is not getting generated anymore !

Seems something wrong has happened to your application. Is not good idea merge several questions on same post. Please for each new problem add new post ( there upload your catalina.log file, first stop openkm, remove catalina.log file, and then start openkm, and when you got the error stop application again and create a new post with that log ).
