Hello,

is it possible to send or print documents from other software into OpenKM?


I mean something like that:
- e.g.: Outlook, Excel (Office): - Explorer:

I believe there is an Add-in for MS Office, which allows you to upload files directly from Office (Word, Excel, etc...) into your OpenKM directory.

If you use http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Desktop_sync DesktopSync you could simply save your files in the directory linked to OpenKM and when you enabled "Automatic" it will upload all files from this directory into your OpenKM Database.

Is there a printer for OpenKM which purely prints documents in OpenKM? (like on my first picture in my first post)

I supposed you was talking about it. We've been working on it, but until present without not much success. We detected some interesting c# project, but we're not able to get it running. If you want to collaborate with us are welcome.
