Can you test in our online demo. In case the error exists there, tell us the path of the document and also we will reproduce the problem.

I've also tested with Firefox and works fine. Seems only related to IExplorer. I don't recommend using IE: it's buggy and slow.
Anyway I've found a way to handle this problem. Try with next day nightbuild and confirm if it's solved.
Regards.

Latest IE version comes with emulation of older versions, compatibility, etc... We've observated some problem on default IE configuration. I've take a fast look and doing minimal changes on the configuration you'll get it going right. Open administrative tools ( IE ) there's some menu called emulation or similar -> there you can change two parameters ( document agent, and document mode ) set both to version 10. After this change the download will be with correct name.
We encourage do not use IE family, as written my colleague is a buggy software, with a lot of security holes, bad performance and some tedious problems like what you've found.

Thank you very much for your reply.
How can I prevent users to enter the system from IE?
They all have Chrome installed but someone can mistakenly open the link in IE.
May be there are opportunity to show message like "that this link must be opened in Google Chrome"?

Use The Force
Anyway this problem has been fixed in a recent nightbuild and IE should work.
