i am runing openKM but program stay somewhere temporarily not ok , any people have the same pproblem , can help me to resolve

It's a fresh trial ? What browser are you using ? I suggest firefox or chrome, if you use IE it has a parameter by default what indicate IE5 compatibility, that cause problem sure ( should be changed to IE8 or IE11)
