today i deploy the openkm 3.0 on my server,it works well,thanks.
but,when i open the administrator web to add some users, it displays nothing but blank,it trouble me ,can anybody help me ?

You see a blank screen when you select administration tab ? Which browser are you using and version ?

Try with firefox althought might run with IE ( I\'ve not tested on Opera and safari it could be some problem with this iframe implementation on this browsers ).

blank screen appears when i click the \'Administrator\' tab with IE6.0,
i try to open it with firefox3.0, it works well,
does my IE need to install some add-ons?

i tried it on my partner\'s computer with IE6.0, it also shows nothing

Seems to be a new bug on GWT + IE6 iframe, meanwhile we take a look about what happen with it you can use this uri to see administration:

http://your_host:8080/OpenKM/es.git.openkm.backend.Main/

We recomend to your users uses other browsers than IE, it\'s simply an horrible browser implementation, with firefox all web apps goes fine, minor bugs and virus, and better performance consider to change.

Confirmed here with IE6 and 7, as well.

It\'s hard to ask user not using IE.

Well this bug only affects administrator user and can be easilly solved using real iframe uri http://your_host:8080/OpenKM/es.git.openkm.backend.Main/

Really it\'s not a problem present on all IE version, on my Ie6 version runs well for example, it\'s a problem from some update on Ie6 and Ie7 ( last upgrades ), don\'t looking for enemy in OpenKM or other web application, really IE is the major history buggy browser and user confuses a IE problem to web application problem ( other great job on end user mind ), but I\'m in concordance with you it\'s so difficult to explain and tedious for us.
