- Are you using some script, automation or similar ?
- For what you say, disk D is full, but in stats view seems your repository only have got less than 2GB ?

1- First of all stop openkm.
2- Go to d:\openkmXXX\tomcat\repository ( check properties ). What size it has got repository folder, and what size each one of the subfolders contained into.
3- Check tomcat\temp folder and tomcat\logs other folders into openkm looking for temp files.

-No scripts
- Yes thats the bug! I had put only 1,7GB of files and then overflow my HD somehow

I change my OS to Ubuntu, seems even the search has improved. I will feedback in case this happen again.

Best Regards..

Only a recursive call could be able to doing what you're telling us. If happens againg take a look at catalina.log to see if the application is doing some operation, and also consider take a review of automation, crontab task etc... any kind of customization you've done.
