Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Anyone can help me with this? My deadline to run this OpenKM 6.4.14 is within 6 hours... I need help!

First pic is OCR Data Capture which the documents cannot be recognized when recognizing document type. Why?



Second pic shows an IOException when trying to test OCR template. Why?



Really need help step by step! Thank you!

There're some previous configurations should be done after get it running. Could be several problems I suggest if you want to test it, contact with us and we got several testing environments for possible customers, probably will be better than spent a lot of time getting all right configured.

By now, do you got OCR engine configured ?
Put here all stack trace log to see complete error.
