okmAdmin can't edit Role ID ?

Dear all,

I need to confirm this issue. Is it true that when Administrator create a new role then he can only edit the role active status but not allowed to edit Role ID ?
Is it by design or bugs or there is something error with my installation ?

It's by design. We do not allow edit user id or role id. I can explain why ( can be changed by hand but need some administrator skills for doing it ).

If it is by design, no need to explain then. It's ok with me, so I don't have to worry about any bugs or installation error on this one. Thanks for your reply.
