Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

I am using OpenKM 6.2 Community Edition on Windows 7 as well as on Windows 2003 Server. I am following the Workflow Course listed on OpenKM website and doing exactly same steps as shown. After creating and deploying the workflow from jBoss Studio it is getting added in Administration Section of OpenKM but when I click on a document and 'Start Workflow' button on toolbar the workflow is not visible in the dropdown list. What will be the problem? And how can I solve the problem?

After changing profile configuration you must refresh the browser otherside you will not see the changes. Profile is only applied during login process.

Its not about profile. I am uploading the snapshots of OpenKM with problems.

After deploying from JBoss workflow is getting added in Administration Panel. But after refreshing browser window, it should be visible in dropdown list. But it is not getting added in the dropdown list.

At the right of the user toolbar -> you got profiles -> there's an empty list in what you must select available workflows from that profile ( you've not done a screenshot of it )

Yes. Now after activating it in profiles it is visible in Popup. But this is not shown in Video tutorial. I just followed the steps in Video Tutorial of Workflow in which after workflow getting added in Administration section directly added in popup.

Sorry, but Is not shown in video because we done the videos 2-3 years ago and then this feature was still not yet implemented. Sorry for confusion that could be caused it. We're working on a better documentation for next year, more clear and usable than actual, meanwhile everybody should get some pacience until we'll be able to release it.
