Hi all,
Running OpenKM Community 6.2.2 on CentOS 6.5 x64. When I use Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer 11 it works fine.
However, when using Internet Explorer 10, this javascript error pops up after login, and OpenKM won't open:
WARNING: Unable to instantiate 'class com.allen_sauer.gwt.log.client.DivLogger' due to com.google.gwt.core.client.JavaScriptException: (TypeError): a.attachEvent is not a function
What could be the cause?
Thanks in advance,
kind regards,
Edward Vandervoort

This seems to be some bug in IE 10, because it's first notificie we got about this kind of problem and we got a lot of installations running. Well can be a bug in specific computer with IE 10, probably you try in other computer and goes right. I will suggest try it on a clean OS if it's possible. Other thing that I suggest is not use Microsoft browser products ( your life will be more easy with firefox or chrome, not only with us will allmost internet apps ). Ensure you do not go some ad killer, antivirus or similar that could be doing something extrange and finally I suggest clean browser cache. is quite difficult help you on this buggy browsers.

Thanks for your reply. You are probably right this is a computer-specific problem, since I just verified that I am able to use IE10 with OKM on another computer.
There is no way to disable this GWT logging thing? Maybe that will avoid the javascript being loaded and thus the error being generated.
(And, while you are at it

, pressing Ctrl+T to open a new tab in my browser opens a GWT Testing dialog. Can that be avoided/removed?)
Have a nice weekend!
TIA,
Edward

CTRL+T is not a common used keyboard combination and we seleted it for showing some GWT test popup's what are used to indentify connection problems between browser and server. What problem you got with this combination ?

As I wrote, I use Ctrl+T to open a new browser tab. Ctrl+T is an officially used shortcut in Firefox and IE:
Firefox:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ke ... ks-quickly
Internet Explorer:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/inte ... s#ie=ie-11
