Hi,

Odd problem here. I have OpenKM running without problem and can accessed from several computers fine. I have the desktop sync application running in two computers, however on the third computer it look like it will start and then it goes away. It also create a null folder instead of the log folder. There is a log folder inside the null folder which contains the following info:

Now as you can see it has the incorrect credentials, but is not letting edit or do anything. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you for the great application.

We're working on new version to solve some problem on this application. I suggest remove application and take a look into your personal folder for a .okm or similar file ( remove it also )

Thank you for the quick reply. I have delete both the application and the personal folder. But when once i try to set the application again. It comes back with that null folder. Very confusing as it's only happening on one machine. So the other system are working properly. It look like the credentials are store somewhere else or something. Any thoughts? How soon you think the update for the application will be available?
