pdf preview stuck in loading screen (no error)

Hi,
I have installed openkm 6.2.5-community and try to preview pdf documents but it gets stuck in the preview screen.
I have installed pdf2swf and it is working. When I convert something I can see it in the browser. But:
If i want to preview the from pdf2swf converted .swf file in openkm i get the error "Task Queue failed at step 5: Playlist could not be loaded: Playlist file did not contain a valid playlist"
The server log shows no error. Also, the demo version of openKM shows previews of pdf files so my flash plugin works. I am using ubuntu 13.10
Any ideas?

In the meantime I tried to preview office or image files and I get the same problem there. No error, just the loading screen. The files are between 20kb and 200kb in size. When I click on "Download document as PDF" it downloads a perfect PDF file of the image or the office file.
Solved:
The pdf2swf file was broken. After I used the one from openkm/tomcat/bin everything works.
