Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

hye... im new here
currently using openkm 6.2
problem is
when i want editing the file like pdf or word its stuck and the page hang
cant click at any point in that page...
i need to open new tab for cancel the editing.....
its the problem or something else?

If you're using LiveEdit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYJZDAkHwkM . You got it be enabled in profiles or not. Probably you updated to last java or browser version that cause security block.
