Hi,

We are looking at implementing OpenKM as a way of storing scanned documents. At this time we have to scan the document on our copier, send it to oure-mal account, download the attachment from the e-mail and upload that to OpenKM.

As you can see this is not handy at all and rather time consuming, so I was wondering if there is any other way to directly send documents to OpenKM ? Sending to the root would be a start as we can then drag and drop in subdirectories, sending directly to a subdirectory would be even simpler...

Rgds,
Björn

In OpenKM 3.0 (released on december... I hope) would be possible to mount a repository path as a local drive using WebDAV. In current version you can upload documents to repository using WebServices, so you can implement a little client to upload each scanned file to OpenKM.
