OpenKM 5.0.4_JBoss-4.2.3.GA - javax.jcr.RepositoryException

I'm using OpenKM since many years, with now around 7000 files, currently on opensuse12.3_64 under ESXi5.1
Also, from a notebook, I'm connected via WebDAV through webdrive SW. At night, notebook goes hibernate while
VM shuts down.
Suddenly, I cannot login any more, neither via browser nor via webdrive: "javax.jcr.RepositoryException cannot be cast to javax.jcr.LoginException".
Is there any way to save my files?

I would like to see the entire log error not only the exception. Stop jboss. Remove server.log. Start aplication and upload here log file.

Files are into /repository folder in a non human format UUID but binary files are not changed. If you use default openkm configuration with embeded database HSQL and database is broken then will be a great problem restore it ( here are some clues for doing it in this extreme case ). If you got a backup always can restore from there. In a production environment we recommend use Mysql or other database than HSQL because it's very difficulto or not possible ( look for it at google "recover hsql database").

But looking log file we'll get more information about what happens.

I upload the zipped log file. I have a 4 weeks old backup, which is OK, but added lots of files since then.

This is an ugly error. We can try to recover the documents, but I can't promise anything. And this only will be done if you become a customer.

I also recommend to upgrade to a more recent OpenKM release and use MySQL.

I think I am having the same issue, I don't have a recent backup and stand to lose a lot of data. I am willing to purchase support and would like help ASAP. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone by calling the OpenKM sales support numbers.
I posted my server log. I am running on Ubuntu, and mySQL database.

When I went into the mySQL phpmyadmin console it said one of the tables had become corrupt (okm_repo.VERSION_BUNDLE). I was able to run a table repair and it appears to have worked but I still get this error.

Thanks for any help in Advance

These weeks, almost OpenKM staff are on holidays and only doing support task to our customers if they need. I suggest you use contact form http://www.openkm.com/en/contact.html and one of our sales & marketing team will contact with you. Anyway after seeing the log seems the system has not ben halt correctly and the repository is corrupted ( at least the lucene repository ). Repository corruption was one of the main reasons why we decided go out jack rabbit repository and from version 6.X work with our implementation. At the beggining is not easy recover this type of disasters and some times is not possible go back to initial status. At least can be recovered binari information, how many files do you got ?
