Wizard does still not work in 6.2.4 with scanned documents

I previously reported that the wizards e.g. for categories and for property groups do not pop up when a document is add to the dabase by scanning. I opened a bug report (http://issues.openkm.com/view.php?id=2693) and now it is closed as resolved and fixed in version 6.2.4. I updated now from 6.2.3 to 6.2.4 but the problem still exists for me.

Do I have to configure something special for the wizard to work when adding document by scanning? When adding an electronic document directly with the "add document" button the wizards pop up correctly. Only when adding a (paper) document by scanning it does not show up.

Ensure you have cleaned the applet cache http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml

I had already cleaned the java temporary files as described in the migration wiki. I did it now a second time but it did not help. Usually I use Firefox as browser. Now I tried Chrome and with Chrome the Wizard do pop up. I retried with Firefox but it still does not work. I again clear the Firefox cache but this does also not help. Either it does not work with Firefox at all or there is still something cached somewhere.

We should take a look the problem again to be sure is solved in this version.

Thank you. Meanwhile, I will simply use Chrome since with Chrome it works perfectly now. I am quite sure that it did not work with Chrome in 6.2.3 so your amendments were at least successful for Chrome users.

There was a problem with recent versions of Java Plugin and Firefox. In last OpenKM release was solved, and the problem maybe related to old applet stored in browser cache and or Java Plugin cache.

The wizard is not working for me. I have deployed in Ubuntu and trying to access OpenKM on Firefox in Windows 8.

Seems you are trying to install application where you have a previous tomcat ( or previous installation what failed and there's a folder named tomcat-7.0.61 what should not exist if you want to install in that folder OpenKM ).

OK, not sure how that happened. I only recall installing or attempting to install only once. I have OpenKM up and running, how does this error that you found effect the wizard not working when adding a new document? How do I fix?

I can't understand what is the relation between adding a document to OpenKM with the installer log that you've attached. The error is thrown because you want to installa OpenKM again in the same directory that there is an OpenKM installation.
