jllort, I still haven't solved my problem with OpenKM. tried all possible cases:
/Applications/LibreOffice.app/Contents/MacOS
/Applications/LibreOffice.app/Contents
/Applications/LibreOffice.app
/Applications
and in every case it gives the error described above. I'm sorry, but I didn't understand from your previous answer which folder should I indicate.
Please help me with my issue, I would really appreciate it!!!

In linux normally there's in /usr/lib/openoffice into there's a folder structure with subfolder called program, share etc... in Windows is exactly the same. Is strange not be the same in your OS.

Try to search if you got also this kind of folder structure. In case negative tell us, because what's sure is in our logic we're looking for program/soffice and the case you propose it not considered. Anyway look for it, because I think should be ( sometimes can be alias or similar )

The problem is not solved so far. On my Mac server OpenKM cannot use OpenOffice or LibreOffice. Changing paths as I posted before (even though soffice file is indeed located there) and permissions to root didn't help. It looks like last version of OpenKM was not fully tested on MacOS.

We do not have a Mac OS for testing it and is not clear for us how to mount it on a VM. We've tried to mount it on Virtual Box without not much success.

Anyway I do not know why is mandatory for you using Mac OS in server. OpenKM on production should not be on hardware shared with other apps ( this is the first step you should accomplish on production environment ). Us we recommend use Linux and specially Ubuntu / Debian for fast and easy way to install packages. For testing environment I'm agree with you that seems there are some problems. If you're on testing for example try VM in Mac OS and install Linux Ubuntu, in few minutes you'll get it and is quite easy mount there all packages you need.
