Pavila indicates with the wiki post how must debug the converter class, add int your jboss-log4j.xml ( that's increases the log level detail in these classes ) reproduce the error and post here the error then we'll got enougt information to try helping you

minhhai_cd we're human without paranormal power. Understanding we need some extra info to help you, and that info will be showed in log, if you add the entries that paco is suggesting to you in order extending log trace.
