I run a search for catalina.log in the entire Tomcat app directory but there was no such a file found.
I´m attaching all 4 log files that were created in the logs folder when I tried to start OpenKM. Hope it helps...

Seems you got other Tomcat running, as indicate my colleague Paco, here you have two options, stop it or change default OpenKM ports ( read here for last option
