Do not use the ip, you should use http://demo.openkm.com/OpenKM
http://demo.openkm.com is OpenKM professional version and should be configured with OKMWebservices 2.0 ( unfortunatelly it has been a change between version 6.4.24 and 6.4.25 -> actual demo version what cause a problem with actual office plugin, reason why we are building a new version based on rest and not with soap ). If you want to check it you have two options:
1- install trial ( version 6.4.24 -> what will going right with actual office addins ).
2- install community -> then you must use OKMWebservice 1.0
