We tried to make OpenKM as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

Admin Role

Hi i want to create a user who has admin role, however they shouldnt have access to the folders which have been created.. They should only have the show adminstration section available to them in which they can create users roles etc...

It can not be done, AdminRole has access to everything.

What you want to do, can be only done as a extension in OpenKM 5.0 where some user ( other role than AdminRole ) will be able to creating / editing users.
