HELP!!!!openkm4.0 after add new role ,I can't login in

first:ADD NEW ROLE
second:ADD NEW USER,the new user into the new role
when I login in,the error:
HTTP Status 433 -access to the requested resource has been denied
type:status report
message:access to the requested resource has been denied
description:access to the specifled resource (access to the requested resource has been denied)has been forbidden

read with care the documentation, all users must have UserRole is not a security role, it's a role to grant connection to OpenKM that must not be propagated in repository.
