Hello.


I try to create a workflow, but i have some problems. First of all, what does it mean workflow... can i create a workflow where DOCUMENT goes through some steps and when i start it i can choose users, that participate in it at different steps, HOW I CAN DI THiS??

And how i can create UI for this users, where they can add some info and approve or dissapprove document???

It's not trivial creating workflow because it's so powerful and you can "imagine" any logic and make into a workflow.

1- A workflow is defined by task an any task is assigned to a user o someones ( depending ).
2- About where to save comments information ... that's your decision, a new database, in document notes, etc....
3- how doing .. we'll in wiki.openkm.com there's some documentation talking about it ... but really need so jobs in your hand ( it's a minimal introducing about how making workflows with some examples ).
