Metadatagroup selectable in Browser | TAXONOMY

Hello,

I am new to openKM and installed the 7.0.4CE and created a metadatagroup xml file.
This file also created the correct database tables and fields and when i do a /rest/propertyGroups I get a result with these groups.
But I am able to connect a metadata group to an document because I cannot selected any of these metadata groups.

In the attached document I have shared some screenshots.

You must add the group in the profile ( Administration > Profile ) , then refresh the UI and you will be able to add them
