I just found the valuable reply on my own the same question since 6.0.x version

his asnwer is
Edit tomcat-x.xx.xx/webapps/OpenKM/preview/pdfjs/viewer.css and add the following code:


.download { display:none !important; }

.print { display:none !important;}

somehow on 7.0CE the path change to tomcat-x/webapps/openkm/preview/web/viewer.css
