How to run OpenKM from another computer

Hello,
I’d like to know how to run OpenKM from another computer. When I open Command Prompt and type run.bat -b 0.0.0.0, I receive the message: “run.bat is not recognized as an internal or external command.”

Could you please guide me on how to do this?
