Login page not showing after docker image run (only tomcat apache page appears)

Good Day,

I downloaded the openkm development environment, built it and ran the application and it worked successfully locally. Then i decided to add a dockerfile, build an image and push it to docker hub.

When i then pulled it so it could run on my server, it was only showing the tomcat apache page only, not the login page of openkm. I don't know what configuration files need to be modified so it can successfully run on docker. Please help with information on what files to configure to enable it to run on docker.
