Hi guys,

Having problems with accessing OpenKM. Essentially, when I access OpenKM, a JsessionID gets created. However, when trying to login, a new JsessionID gets created.

Currently running OpenKM on Windows Server 2019, and HAD IIS installed with URL Rewrite and Application Request routing. However, I've since disabled IIS, but URL Rewrite and Application Request Routing remain as I am unable to uninstall them at this present moment.

Any help with this would be much appreciated!

Can not disable jsessionId it is essential in authentication to keep user authentication from the browser to the server.

In the next documentation section will find some troubleshoting about IIS https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... ation.html maybe will help in some manner may be not.

In the other hand can try to use openkm in the standard 8080 port or another directly -> take a look at https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... -port.html if you wish to change default tomcat ports
