Not opening docs in pdf software only push to download

Hello
We have been tickets about for some reason now when users open a document it is no longer opening in adobe or pdf studio and just opens in edge or firefox or forces the file to be downloaded.

Not sure what changed over the last week or so. I am the new network admin for openkm any ideas would be great.

In your OS must change the default program assigned to open the document based in document type ( try searching in google for something like "windows set default application to open file type" );
