hello
i`m looking for a scenario that someone upload a file then someone else accept it then it go to predefined path.

would you please help me in implementing this,

It seems a workflow, but also are another options what are more easy to implement, for example:
1- document is always uploaded into an specific folder
2- user set metadata ( accept or rejected ) , then an automation task automatically catalog the data.
