Hi,

I'm interested in configuring openkm such that it can use postgresql and authenticate users using Active Directory.

I understand that to get instructions on how to do so, I need to sign up for professional support.

If so, how do I do so?

NOT exactly :)

professional support is for technical supported installations ( we install / certify / and offering technical support to your installation -> you become a payment client with suported installation )

But if you want to acces to some documentation in wiki, you are talking about OpenKM Network, that's annual payment for it 30€ or becoming collaborator ( test, translations, code ) and then it's free. If you want acces to OpenKM Network or other kind of support please contact with us, using contact form.
