openkm 6.3.1 don't support IE 9?and Zoho Write can't support docx,LDAP meets some bug, etc.

Dear friends,
when I try openkm 6.3.1 commnity verstion during some weeks,it comes some error to me,and I try my best to fill it ,but fails.so i want to consult your some question about it as follows.
1)the openkm 6.3.1 don't support IE 9?
2)Zoho Writer can not support docx etc.
3)ldap integrate with openkm may meets some bugs if one user have more than one roles in the ldap server,it can not read correctly the user roles name and emails.
I try to visti the openkm 6.3.1 using IE9 , there is no left column in the page,but if i using IE11 or chrome,it shows well,so why?
and when I edit the docx files using zoho.it shows the internal error,but doc and xls is well,please help my,thanks for your reply.
now i integrate the ladp with openkm 6.3.1 community verstion,it can read user names,but no email address,so what is the reason,thanks.

First of all, please do not merge several topics on same posts.

About IE9 -> add a new post, an include there an screenshot. I think you have a bad IE configuration.
About if zoho writer supports or not docx, I think should support them. We should take a look at source code if docx case is considered or not.
And ldap integration goes right sure, you have not configured correctly, take a look here:
