Office Add-in error

The following error occurs when using the office plugin for OpenKM:

"Not able to load dictionary", followed by:

Code: Select all

Error loading file system dictionary
System.Exception: Not able to load dictionary

at com.openkm.util.DictionaryHelper ..ctor(String URL, Encoding encoding)

We are running a Finnish localisation of OpenKM, with the translation fully completed.

Ideas?

Seems is not able lo load the dictionary file. Which language have you set in your "%USER_LOCAL_DOCUMENT_FOLDER%/OpenKM.xml ?
Do you have the translation file : The translation file is set at "%USER_LOCAL_DOCUMENT_FOLDER%/OpenKM/OKMAddin-enGB.properties".
