I used WinRAR on Windows 7 to create zip file, then imported to OpenKM 6.3.0 which running on Windows 7 Server.
After imported from zip, the non-english filename was incorrect.
But if imported only one file at a time, the non-english filename has no problem.
As you can see in the below picture.

Do you have any suggestion?
Thank you in advance.

I have uploaded to OpenKM demo website. The non-english filename is still incorrect.
I have also uploaded the test Zip file to this comment.

I tryed to unzip the file in my linux and I see two files:
·´Êͺ.txt
Test.txt

Then I checked on my windows and similar result:
À|--|
Test

As you can see the first file is not able to be extracted on linux and probably on almost windows. Which is your windows locale ?

The filename is in Thai language.
I think the problem is about Zip file extracting.
Because when upload as a single file, the Thai filename display correctly.
But when upload Zip file that contain Thai filename, it displays incorrectly.

I am not sure that Windows 7/10 and OpenKM use which encoding.
Thai language uses UTF-8, TIS-620, ISO 8859-11, and Windows-874.

This is my Windows 10 regional setting.

Regards.

Have you already tried to upload this "thai-test.zip" to OpenKM Demo website?
I have just tried to upload it, and Thai filename still incorrect.
But it shows in Windows explorer correctly.

Could you please upload your file "thai-test.zip" to the OpenKM Demo website and take a screenshot picture?
Can you also make that file stays permanently for a while? Then I can check it later if the filename is correct.

I said: It was working in my computer. I've tested in the online demo and shows the wrong name. That's because I need to check what's happening. I don't see any difference between my computer and the demo server.
