Doc to PDF not working suddenly

Hi, I installed OpenKM 6.3.0 on a windows server and has the preview working for files. But suddenly I can not preview them or download them as PDF. I can preview PDF and jpg files in the folder without problem. Thanks.

It is working again after rebooting the server. Thanks.

The soffice service is started automically during the openkm startup. Is one of the parameters - few - that need restart service to take effect. I suppose that has been your problem.
