Only can be disable modifiying source code, What problem do you got on it ?
In Polish, these shortcuts are reserved for special characters used in that language.
For example: Shift +2 => @ or shift +7 => &.
In Polish: Alt(R)+z=>ż alt(R)+n=>ń

I will take note about it to disable in future OpenKM releases ( will be some configuration parameter in profile )
