Which automation I should use

Hi Team,

Would appreciate if anyone can help me with automation.

I need to know which automation rules I should use. Following are the scenarios:

1: With use of Crontab job, new document is imported into the assigned folder from Dropbox. Assigned user role should receive a mail notification every time new document is uploaded in the specific folder.

2. Once document is uploaded, assigned user will add some metadata and stamp to the document and also assigns the category. Once user adds the metadata, stamp and adds the category to the document, the document should be automatically transferred to next assigned folder.

Would appreciate your help if you pals help me with above questions.

Can I automate event based movement of Documents?

I mean if one user changes the category of the document, the document will be automatically moved to another assigned folder.

Once the document moves to the assigned folder, the other user will get a notification by mail.

Please help me so that we can go ahead with the decision of buying Enterprise edition.

1- No problem with crotab task for uploading and about receive mail notification ( about mail notification at least are two ways for doing it, with user subscription or into same contrab ). It's always good idea generate general mail report to take control on all crontab task.
2- About adding metadata, stamp etc... I suggest work with an extra metadata to work control document status. For example you would like validate user has added metadata, stamped etc... otherside make other kind of action. Move document could be done in real time or delayed with crontab executed each minute and control there the move action. Here we got at least 2-3 ways to solve this stage. Other possibility is take control under workflow process for example ( but for what you've wrotten here seems is not necessary ).
3- Finally about move event is not present on trial but has already present in latest professional edition.
