Role not work?

hello to all,
I configured okm 5.x okay, now I'm trying to do the same thing with the 6.x but I can not ....:

User A and user B, user A enters the catella and NOT enter the folder B, User B enters the folder B and NOT enter the folder A.

Why can not I inokm 6.x??
all come everywhere!

resolved,
put a new. war, in openKM.con replaced hibernate.hbm2ddl = none with hibernate.hbm2ddl = update and started okm ....

HEllo,

i have the same problem, i am using OpenKM Community version. i have two users when i grant access to x1 folder for user A then user B has access to it as well.

can you please explain more in details because i did not understand your last resolved post.

I figured out how to do the update and edit OpenKM.cfg.

i cannot find the new.war file, can you please help me with this?

Really blackport is talking about OpenKM.war file. Do you have upgraded to nighly build openkm version ( integration.openkm.com ) ? or why you needed to upgrade war file ?

Are you sure zubidoobi that your user has enought grants to see the folder, can you put here some screenshots ?

actually i was trying to use openkm 6.2.3 community, everything but the only problem i had was that permissions and security. the sceniaro was i had two users and a folder for each one.

Zub (User1)
Bash (User2)

FolderA
FolderB

FolderA was created for user1 and FolderB for user2 but when i was trying to login from user1(zub) i was able to access folderB as well with full permission.

as blackport said that he just changed the .war file and upgraded nighly so therefore i wanted to change the .war file but i could not find it.

now i am using openkm 6.2.2 community which has no problem with security and permissions, works perfectly. i have integrated with Active Directory (windows) as well but there i have some confusion with login configuration (config.xml). when i am trying to login from active directory user, i cannot go thru. if you have any idea please share with me.

The reason why you access to folder B can be several the question is if the user A has enought grants to see it or not ( take a look on tab grants, user grants and then you'll identify if really has or not access ). I suspect you're propagating ROLE_USER or similar. Take in mind grants are allways OR operartor ( you have no access for ROLE_X but access for ROLE_Y then you got access ).
