Hello
Setup is:
Ubuntu 64, code install from Zip folder, working well.

Have folders as follow:
  • "PublicFolder" that has ROLE_USER Read and Write rights, so all can see this folder and read and write to it.
  • "PublicFolder-01" that is under "PublicFolder" has ROLE_USER Read and Write rights, so all can see this folder and read and write to it.
  • "PublicFolder-TEMPLATE" that is under "PublicFolder" has ROLE_USER Read and Write rights, so all can see this folder and read and write to it.
Scenario:
USER01 has ROLE_USER and want to copy "PublicFolder-TEMPLATE" into "PublicFolder-01" as "PublicFolder-01-01", user can right click on "PublicFolder-TEMPLATE" and click copy, in popup window ONLY his personal folder shows, in this popup window he can not see "PublicFolder-01"

Work around:
  • User01 copies folder "PublicFolder-TEMPLATE" to his personal folder,
  • Rename "PublicFolder-TEMPLATE" to "PublicFolder-01-01",
  • click and drag "PublicFolder-01-01" to folder "PublicFolder-01" and release mouse button,
  • popup window ask "DO you want to move "PublicFolder-01-01" click send/ok

For what I understood:
okm:root
/ PublicFolder
/PublicFolder-01
/PublicFolder-TEMPLATE

You want to copy like: ( all folders have same grants )
okm:root
/ PublicFolder
/PublicFolder-01
/PublicFolder-TEMPLATE ( and then rename )
/PublicFolder-TEMPLATE ( to copy )

I have tested in our online demo and seems is copying correctly ( can you test there please ).
Put here some screenshot ( which I can see security ) to be sure all is right and the popup too.

That was not the idea why we created okm:personal folder. The personal folder idea is only each user can access his own documentation, and as an extraordinary feature, administrator (ROLE_ADMIN) can access everywhere, but the use of ROLE_ADMIN should only be for administration purpose, not for daily usage.

It seems that multiple file/folder move doesn't work. When I select multiple files or folders using the tick boxes, going to edit>move only moves the first folder; all other folders stay in the same place.

For the other problem, please add new post and we will take a look on it. Better if there's some screenshot to understand what happens.
