preview other then pdf is not working

hi again,
i just solved my problem with pdf preview, but when i tried other document type (2003 microsoft office docs, 2007 microsoft office docs, dwg) it is not working,
this is the error message i received:

What is the first thing that i need to do, if i want all the documents type that i mentioned above can be view by flexpaper...?
1. i have installed the openoffice, set the installation parameter: C:/OpenOffice/
2. change the port setting in admin-configuration from 2002 to 8100

Could you guys be so kindly help me with this..?

Go to administration -> configuration -> at top right table there's icon to test some configuration parameters ( this test if soffice path is correctly set otherside change it. remember after change is needed restart tomcat ).

Take a look at your catalina.log to ensure soffice service is correctly started ( you should not change ports etc... )

But again when i tried to view a file with .dwg, it could not show the preview, i checked the mimetypes, and it is support, do i need to install something here, please give an enlightment

dwg extension file is cad file extension no ? the preview is not enabled by default for this kind of files and you should need have installed http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Autocad_preview which only comes with OpenKM professional ( here differences between versions http://www.openkm.com/en/overview/compa ... sions.html ) or simply build your own previsualization extension ( then you should take a look at http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Developer_Guide to configure development IDE and here http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Extension_Guide to know how to extend previsualization feature.

hi i just recently uninstalled openkm version 6.2.1 and installed 6.2.2, and the preview of office documents become error.
is there something need to do something or....? Please help me

NO should be exactly the same, really if you had got installed version 6.2.1 you should migrate to 6.2.2 as is indicated in migration guide not uninstall and install again ( http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Migration_Guide )
