i'm trying to add a language in openkm 6.2 which i exported from 5.1.10, but it fails:
Application error

Class: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException
Message: error executing work
Date: Fri Nov 23 15:49:58 CET 2012
any ideas?

This language is already present in 6.2 installation ?
Can you try importing from Database query view ? if there's some error in sql there will be more easy to be shown. Simply open file, copy all rows and paste in database query
