Here's a strange one. I have Version: 5.1.10 (build: 7564) integrated with my Windows Domain and all the users show except for one. Yet that one user can still login and if you query a role they are in, they show up(just not directly in the user list. I've checked out all the parts of LDAP and verified that they are set exactly as all others. What else can I look at to determine the cause?

Thanks.

Admin list is blank, unless I search inside groups (roles), then it'll show up. And, again, the user can login and the security features work. It just doesn't show up individually. Currently I have the user set in its own group (role) so I can message them, but that's not ideal.

Thank you.

Have you read our active directory sections ? because in your administration configuration parameters you got several principal.ldap.***** that should be configured ( remember when you change principal.adapter=com.openkm.principal.LdapPrincipalAdapter to take effect should restarting jboss server )

Yes, the configuration works perfectly, like I said. It's just ONE user that doesn't show up, this user is in the same OU as everyone else. There is nothing unusual about the user that I can see when checking the LDAP config. I guess I'm on my own with this one.

I suggest you connect with Apache LDAP Studio and execute the same queries that you have configured in your openkm to extract users. Basically you should obtaining the same, and sure there's some reason.
