Quota error

Hi i am facing quota error in my opensource system 5.1.9.
For my team trial i am using one server also we are trying on our laptops.
We are facing problem of quota

We have created 5 accounts and for each we have permitted 50 mb space

but whenever we upload and then delete the document, document goes to trash folder and we have purge trash from admin area but still quota count does not come to 0 it still shows full or the any last updated memory usage.

So if we upload files of 50 mb and deletes then quota still show that 50 mb files are there and in actual no file is there and we are unable to upload new files too.

What is the issue?

As we may buy the system but we are trying to get done with all issues.

Can you tell me how much it will cost me if i buy this PROFESSIONAL version

We are logically looking as unlimited users or we may install new system after every 10,000 users

HI I would like to tell you that

when i am logged in as user and upload file and delete file then quota is not restoring to 0.


But when i restart the jboss file or my laptop

and again login to account then i can see that quota has been restored directly to 0 with few old files in it.....how?.

BUt for admin account it happens in live process but for user i have to restart my jboss or machine.

Will this happen on JSP server too?

Ticket is still opened that indicates is still not solved.

This issue has been fixed in OpenKM 6.0 but still not backported to OpenKM 5.1.x
