Hang-up during refresh

have you changed the configuration of ldap in OpenKM with this params:

Because I don't remember exactly, but I think we've made some changes from version 3.x to 4.x in order to automatize ldap integration without creating a newer class.

I am facing the same issue here with OpenKM version 5.1.9 whereby i simply run it on my desktop and noticed that after OpenKM is running for a few mins, it would hit this error:

No changes made to any of the files, except changing the port from 8080 to 8100.

May I know how can i fix this error please.
